Em's Dorm

There's something about those huge, glorious old buildings that always gets me... Em lived in Franklin Hall, and the lobby was beautiful. It had a big grand piano right across from the entrance, in a huge bay window, and stairs curving up from each side of the room to a central landing where the two staircases came together to continue to the next floor. There was carpeting -- plush green -- but all around the outskirts was tile, like in all the old hotels they show in the movies.
